Yaas Relief work Report in Kumirmari village in Gosaba (1st June, 2021)
We have distributed dry ration kits (Rice-4kg, Potato – 3kg, Soya Chunks – 2pkts, Lentil – 1kg, Mustard Oil – 1L, Salt – 1kg, Puffed Rice- 0.5kg, Biscuits( Marrie gold big) – 1pkt, Egg – 10 pcs, Turmeric powder – 100 gm, Soap – 2 pcs, etc = Approx. Rs. 700/- per family) among 65 families (approx 300 heads) in Kumirmari village of Gosaba, Sundarban coastal, 24-Pgs(S) as part of Cyclone Yaas Relief services- Phase I on 1st June 2021. Special thanks to our ex-student, Gopal Mistry, who is working assiduously and untiringly in Gosaba area with his team.
We are planning to provide some house-repairing materials and study materials( books and other educational accessories) as part of the rehabilitation work in Gosaba area of Sundarban costal, 24-Pgs(S).
